MONMOUTH HEIGHTS
consists of four separate communities in Monmouth County, New Jersey.  The original Monmouth Heights was in Manalapan.  Advertisements for the Monmouth Heights exhibit center carried the mailing address of Englishtown, though the location was on Route U.S. 9 in Manalapan.  Additional Monmouth Heights communities were created in nearby Marlboro and then Freehold Townships.  The homes offered in each Monmouth Heights community varied from one community to the next, with the larger models being offered in Marlboro and Freehold.  The final phases of Monmouth Heights at Freehold were developed as CONTEMPRA
AT MONMOUTH HEIGHTS.

The exhibit center eventually became Plaza Nine, with the Monmouth Heights and Contempra model homes being converted to professional offices and the Jamestown model home and Sales Center becoming a bank.
